Management by Color
Management by Color is an online tool which enables you to explore team dynamics by presenting you with a visual, color representation of your current, future, or potential team member combinations.
People are unique and should be blended as we blend colors in a painting. Different color combinations will produce different outcomes, and it is up to leaders to blend individuals' colors so that common goals can be reached.
'Colors' represent behaviors and their intensities, and can be analysed individually or in combination with other colors/behaviors, but always in comparison with other peoples' color profiles. An individual profile needs to be compared to others for the team picture to be complete!
This simple tool assesses people's behavioral preferences from multiple contributors, generates a visual display of their colors against other people or roles, and provides graphical and textual interpretations on how their behaviors fit the team or role requirements. It shows a team's true colors........
