We're an Internet based business providing a quick and easy tool for use globally on a subscription basis for the visualization and comparison of people's behavioral tendencies.

Management by Color was created in 2008 by an international team of professionals who put their heads together to find a way to make it easier to determine a person's fit within a group, team or partnership. Our combined experience in human resources, technology management, scientific research, business ownership, customer service management, contract management and recruitment across a broad range of industries and continents meant that we could pool our experiences and research in a combined effort to find a solution to the enduring problem of finding complementary behavioral dynamics within groups of people.

So after many discussions, coffees, illustrations, books, more coffees, and debates, the Management by Color tool was created, based on a combination of research and anecdotal evidence. We hope you find it useful!
