Why colors?
Because the colors have no meaning unless compared with other colors within a group, and they have no attributes of their own. They are used instead of labels or categories to represent the intensity of a particular behavioral preference. So no color is good or bad, right or wrong. Color combinations are more revealing about whether interactions are harmonious or not.

Our system enables you to visualize and compare personality dynamics in the workplace, by representing these dynamics as shades of different colors for different individuals. The tool we've designed will help you evaluate each of your team member's personality dynamics and then compare them graphically with the help of colors. Hence the name 'Management by Color'.
And it allows 360 degree assessment by individuals, their peers and their managers, for a balanced outcome.
No categories or labels....
Individuals have many character traits which influence how they work, and how they relate to others. We call these character traits dimensions. We have compiled a list of dimensions that is relevant to today's workplace and offer it as a starting point for you and your peers to evaluate and compare the characteristics of your team members. The dimensions have been carefully selected and worded to provide a neutral way of looking at people's characteristics. The dimensions are also measured by degree of preference rather than a strong "either/or" choice.
