We have compiled a list of dimensions that is relevant to today's workplace and offer it as a starting point for you and your peers to evaluate and compare the characteristics of your team members. The dimensions have been carefully selected and worded to provide a neutral way of looking at people's characteristics. The dimensions are also measured by degree of preference rather than a strong "either/or" choice.
