No, this tool is all about RELATIVITY, and is not a personality profile tool. The objective of Management by Color is to determine a good fit with existing or potential team members. One person's color has no meaning unless compared with others. If a group is very large, you may want to profile a few key members or the team leader as a start.  It is as quick and simple as asking them one question about each of three appropriate behavioral dimensions, and entering their ratings.
