The system developed by MbC is an analysis tool. As the designer and provider of the tool, MbC is not responsible for any damage direct or indirectly related to the use of the tool.

The list of dimensions, their descriptions and the scoring methods used within the context of the system is the intellectual property of MbC.
Interpretations and analyses of the dimension dynamics and other recommendations are copyrighted by MbC.
